Agreement

www.pixelsunset.com is operated by PixelSunset LLC, an Arizona (USA) limited liability company. By using the site, submitting the contact form, or purchasing or using a PixelSunset digital template, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. A template purchase is also governed by the dated Template License, Support Policy, and Refund Policy presented before payment. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the product.

Services, estimates, and template products

Studio service descriptions, pricing ranges, concept explorations, articles, and launch-planner results are general information, not professional advice, binding quotes, or offers that can be accepted to begin a client engagement. Client work begins only under a written agreement signed by both parties.

Launch planner estimates are illustrative. The interactive planner produces starting-point figures based on the options you select. They are not quotes, bids, or commitments. Actual scope, pricing, and timeline for any engagement are set only in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

Template listings are different. A checkout-pending listing or displayed price is not an offer for sale. When a product is marked available and displays an active hosted checkout, the product page, checkout disclosures, and dated product policies describe the digital purchase. An order is accepted when Lemon Squeezy successfully processes it and provides confirmation.

Template purchases and Lemon Squeezy

For paid digital products purchased through our Lemon Squeezy checkout, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for the transaction. The payment transaction is with Lemon Squeezy; PixelSunset LLC is the supplier and licensor of the digital product. Lemon Squeezy charges the selected payment method, provides the electronic receipt, and administers payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, and payment compliance under its Buyer Terms (opens in a new tab).

PixelSunset remains responsible for the product content, license, delivery package, and support commitments stated on the product page. After successful payment, Lemon Squeezy normally provides access to the current product files and links. The purchaser must provide a working email address, maintain access to the required third-party account, and contact us promptly if delivery does not arrive.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar indirect tax may be calculated and charged at checkout by Lemon Squeezy based on the transaction and jurisdiction. This does not determine any other tax obligation the purchaser may have.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents, including the PixelSunset name and marks, the pixel-sunset logo system, all copy, design, code, graphics, the interactive 3D scene, and the concept explorations in our portfolio, are owned by PixelSunset LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from its content without our prior written permission.

A purchased template is licensed, not sold. It may be copied, customized, and handed to a client only as expressly permitted by the Template License. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying template, documentation, components, or reusable systems.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to harvest content or submit forms.
• Do not use the contact form to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Do not misrepresent your identity when contacting us or making a purchase.
• Do not attempt to bypass checkout, delivery controls, or template-license restrictions.

Your submissions

Information you send through the contact form or in a support request is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information before we have a signed agreement in place; unsolicited materials are not received in confidence. Never send complete payment-card information, passwords, or unnecessary customer or vehicle records through support email.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites and services, including Framer demos, scheduling pages, and Lemon Squeezy's hosted checkout. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. PixelSunset is not responsible for an independent service's platform, account rules, outages, or conduct, but this does not remove PixelSunset's express duties for its own product, license, delivery materials, or promised support.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Digital templates are customizable starting points, not managed websites, confirmed booking systems, legal services, or guarantees of leads, sales, rankings, accessibility conformance, regulatory compliance, or compatibility with every future third-party change. The product description and Refund Policy state the express product remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelSunset LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of this website or a digital template. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Our total aggregate liability relating to a purchased digital template will not exceed the amount paid for the affected license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Client engagements are governed by their own signed agreements, not by these caps.

Governing law

PixelSunset site and product-license matters are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Related disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms govern the payment transaction and related transaction disputes. Mandatory consumer protections and rights that cannot be waived remain in effect regardless of this section.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted here. Updated terms apply to later site use. The dated product-license, support, and refund versions presented for a purchase govern that order unless a later change benefits the purchaser, is required by law, or is otherwise agreed.
