Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to answer inquiries, understand this site's performance, and deliver and support template purchases. PixelSunset pages remain cookieless; hosted checkout is handled separately by Lemon Squeezy.

Effective date: July 22, 2026

Who we are

PixelSunset LLC is an Arizona (USA) limited liability company that operates www.pixelsunset.com. We are the controller of personal information we collect or receive for this site, fulfillment, licensing, and support. Lemon Squeezy independently controls the checkout and payment information it processes as merchant of record. You can reach us at hello@pixelsunset.com.

What we collect

Contact form. When you request a conversion plan we collect what you submit: your name, email address, project type, budget range, launch window, current website URL if provided, notes, and any attached launch-planner configuration, including page count, motion level, content system, and resulting estimate.

Template checkout and order data. Checkout occurs on Lemon Squeezy's hosted service. Lemon Squeezy collects billing, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, device, and transaction information under its own policies. As product supplier, PixelSunset may receive the purchaser's name and email; customer, order, product, and variant identifiers; purchase date; amount, currency, discounts, and tax; billing country and postcode; payment brand and last four digits where made available; and order, refund, fraud, or chargeback status. PixelSunset does not receive or store the complete payment-card number or security code through this checkout.

Support and fulfillment data. We collect order references, delivery status, support correspondence, screenshots, safe diagnostic details, and the designated licensed business or client when needed to deliver the template, administer its license, provide support, investigate a defect, or assess a refund request.

Anonymous analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies. Visitors are identified by a temporary hash derived from the incoming request that is automatically discarded within 24 hours, and we see only aggregated statistics: page URLs, referrers, city-level location, and device, browser, and operating-system categories. Custom analytics events, such as which call to action was clicked, never include a name, email, order number, or form contents.

Email delivery data. When a provider sends a confirmation, receipt, delivery message, support reply, or internal notification, it processes the email address and standard delivery metadata.

Anti-spam measures. The contact form contains a hidden field that only automated bots fill in. Real visitors never see it and it collects nothing from them.

How we use it

  • To respond to an inquiry and prepare the recommendation, timeline, and first step requested.
  • To send a one-time confirmation when a contact request is received.
  • To verify an order, provide the buyer guide and delivery access, and administer the one-site license.
  • To answer support requests, reproduce defects, restore delivery, and evaluate eligible refund requests.
  • To send necessary transactional or material product-update notices; these are not marketing subscriptions.
  • To maintain accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, consumer-claim, and other legally required records.
  • To understand in aggregate how the site performs and converts, improve it, and protect it from spam and abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not run advertising. We do not currently operate a newsletter or marketing list; if we launch one, it will be opt-in and this policy will be updated first.

Why we process it

Depending on the context, we process information to take requested pre-contract steps, perform the template license and support commitments, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in operating, measuring, securing, and defending the business. Where consent is legally required for a new use, we will request it before that use.

Service and commerce providers

Some providers process information on our instructions. Lemon Squeezy instead acts independently as merchant of record and authorized reseller for its checkout transaction.

  • Supabase stores contact form submissions in a database hosted on AWS in the United States (us-east-1).
  • Resend delivers contact confirmations and internal notifications and processes standard email-delivery data in the United States.
  • Vercel hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics described above.
  • Lemon Squeezy provides hosted checkout; charges the selected payment method; handles transaction tax, fraud checks, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks; and makes order information available to PixelSunset for delivery, licensing, support, accounting, and refund review. Its Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Buyer Terms (opens in a new tab) apply to that processing.

Beyond these providers, we disclose personal information only when required by law, needed to complete an authorized business transfer, or reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights and users.

Framer and other outbound services

Product pages may link to a Framer-hosted demo or unlisted Remix delivery link. PixelSunset does not send payment details to Framer. When a purchaser opens a Framer link, signs in, or copies a project, Framer processes that activity directly under its own terms and privacy policy. The same principle applies to other outbound services a visitor chooses to open.

Cookies, analytics, and browser storage

Pages on pixelsunset.com currently set no cookies. Analytics run cookielessly as described above. The launch planner uses the browser's sessionStorage to carry an estimate to the contact form during the visit; that data stays in the browser, is not a tracking identifier, and is deleted automatically when the tab closes.

Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout, Framer, and other external pages are separate services and may use cookies or browser storage under their own policies once you leave pixelsunset.com. If we later embed a checkout, enable affiliate tracking, or add advertising or marketing tools on PixelSunset pages, we will review consent requirements and update this policy before doing so.

Do Not Track

Because PixelSunset does not track visitors across other websites, its pages behave the same whether or not the browser sends a Do Not Track signal. External services apply their own settings and policies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact submissions for as long as they remain relevant to the inquiry or an ongoing business relationship and delete them on request unless a legal need requires retention. We retain order, license, delivery, refund, and related support records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the product, maintain accounting and tax records, prevent fraud, handle chargebacks or consumer claims, enforce the license, and meet legal obligations. Aggregated analytics contain no personal information and are retained as statistics.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@pixelsunset.com to ask what information PixelSunset holds about you, correct it, delete it, or object to its use. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with data protection rights, we honor applicable access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection rights. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for accounting, tax, fraud, dispute, or other legal reasons.

PixelSunset can address only the information it controls. Requests concerning Lemon Squeezy's independently controlled checkout or payment data should also be directed to Lemon Squeezy under its Privacy Policy. PixelSunset and its providers may process information in the United States; provider-specific international-transfer information appears in their policies.

Security

Form and order data are encrypted in transit and protected through managed providers and access controls. Payment credentials are entered directly with Lemon Squeezy and are not stored by PixelSunset. Our contact database allows the public website to write new inquiries but never read them back. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we choose providers and configurations with care.

Children

This site and its business website templates are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page. A dated product-policy version presented at purchase is retained as described in our Terms of Use.
