License, support, updates
The practical terms, in plain English.
License
One purchase licenses one end website or project for one identified business or client engagement. Collaboration and an operational handoff are limited to that same engagement and do not transfer or relicense the underlying source. Reuse, redistribution, and Remix-link sharing are not allowed. Read the dated product license.
Support
Ninety calendar days of email support cover delivery, documented setup, and reproducible defects, with a two-business-day initial-response target. Customization, maintenance, and third-party integrations are excluded. Read the support policy.
Updates and refunds
Compatible updates within the current major release are included if released; lifetime updates are not promised. Eligible refund requests must be made within 14 days for a duplicate purchase, failed delivery, or an uncured material defect. Read the dated refund policy. How is the template delivered?
After a successful purchase, the protected v1.0 buyer package provides setup and policy documentation plus access to an unlisted Framer Remix link. Opening the link creates an independent licensed copy in the buyer's workspace; it does not grant editing access to the PixelSunset master. The package and link must not be redistributed.
Do I need an existing repair shop?
No. The project opens with clearly labeled fictional starter content so a designer or prospective buyer can evaluate the complete system before a client is selected. All business-specific claims must be replaced before a real launch.
Are the forms connected?
The schedule and estimate interfaces are native Framer forms, but preview forms are demonstrations and should not receive real personal or vehicle information. Before publishing, the buyer must choose and test a buyer-controlled email, webhook, or other supported destination. No repair-shop platform is preconfigured.
Does it confirm appointments?
No. The included interfaces collect schedule or estimate requests only. Confirmation, calendar availability, payments, reminders, and shop-management workflows require a separate buyer-selected system.
What format is delivered?
Signal Ridge is a native Framer project. It is not an HTML export, WordPress theme, Webflow template, Shopify theme, or Figma source file. Framer features and plan limits can change, so buyers should confirm current platform requirements before publishing.
What will Signal Ridge cost?
The approved introductory price is $69 USD for the first 20 paid Signal Ridge licenses across all sales channels or 30 calendar days after public launch, whichever occurs first. The standard one-time price will then be $79 USD. The active Framer listing, PixelSunset product page, and Stripe Managed Payments checkout price will match. Stripe/Link calculates applicable transaction tax and can present supported local currencies at checkout.
Can I use it for a client?
Yes. One purchase licenses one customized production website for one identified business or client. Reasonable staging and backup copies for that same site and a completed-project client handoff are allowed; the delivery Remix link and reusable source cannot be redistributed, and each additional website requires another license.
What support is included?
The purchase includes 90 calendar days of email support for delivery, documented setup, and reproducible defects in the substantially unmodified template. The initial-response target is two business days. Customization, general Framer training, ongoing maintenance, and third-party integrations are excluded.
What is the refund policy?
PixelSunset reviews cause-based requests submitted within 14 calendar days for a duplicate purchase, delivery failure that cannot be restored, or a reproducible material defect PixelSunset cannot reasonably cure. Change-of-mind requests are excluded where lawful. Mandatory rights and Stripe/Link's controlling merchant-of-record terms and refund authority remain unaffected.
